A flexible and integrated space
Sogel’s new headquarters spans two floors, covering 615m2 and housing the showroom, offices, workshops, and warehouses, strategically arranged to optimize operational flow. Through an in-depth space planning study, conducted with participatory workshops, our team identified Sogel’s specific needs and designed a space that fosters collaboration and productivity.
A full Design & Build mission
Our Design & Build mission began with the conceptual phase, collaborating closely with Sogel’s team to define the overall vision of the space. Throughout the process, we implemented innovative and flexible solutions according to the evolving needs of employees and the company’s objectives.
Well-being, Aesthetics, and Functionality
From collaborative open spaces to dedicated relaxation zones, each aspect was carefully considered to create an environment where employees feel inspired and fulfilled. The contemporary aesthetics of Sogel’s head office fits perfectly with its practical functionality. Colors and textures have been meticulously chosen to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Furthermore, ergonomic solutions have been integrated to meet the specific needs of each department.
By combining our Design & Build expertise with the company’s vision, we successfully created a space that not only meets operational needs but also embodies Sogel’s culture and values.
