A fit-out designed for comfort and functionality

Our team was tasked with transforming the space into a working environment that combines comfort and functionality. EIP employees now have 32 electrically height-adjustable desks, which improve day-to-day ergonomic comfort and help prevent musculoskeletal disorders. Two partitioned offices provide more confidential spaces. To encourage collaboration and productivity, two meeting rooms have been fitted out: one with a capacity of six people, and a second that can accommodate up to twelve people. A Framery One acoustic pod has also been installed, providing an isolated space ideal for making calls in complete tranquillity, without disturbing other employees or being disturbed. Finally, a coffee room and reception area have been carefully designed and fitted out to create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

Meticulous decoration to reflect EIP's identity

Our interior designer worked closely with our client to ensure that every detail was perfectly in keeping with the company’s corporate identity. Together, they paid particular attention to the choice of colours and materials, with the aim of creating a harmonious working environment that was both functional and true to EIP’s brand image. The choice of carpets, curtains and acoustic solutions was designed to provide a pleasant visual and acoustic experience, while adding a modern touch to all the spaces.

This project illustrates our ability to design workspaces that combine aesthetics, ergonomics and functionality, while meeting the specific needs of our customers. We would like to thank our client EIP for its trust and collaboration throughout the project.

Do you have a project in mind? Would you like to transform your workspaces to make them both inspiring and functional?
