At Tertia, we actively support the local economy by prioritizing short supply chains and by valuing the skills and traditional Alsatian know-how through close relationships during our studies and construction projects.
We prioritize local supply chains, giving preference to French materials and labor, such as our office chairs manufactured in Sarrebourg or the use of locally-sourced products. This approach helps preserve traditional constructions and reduce greenhouse gas emissions by minimizing transportation.
Within the organizations we collaborate with, there is a genuine commitment to using ecological, recycled, and recyclable materials that respect both people and the environment. That’s why we carefully select materials that meet these criteria while ensuring product traceability through local resources and markets.
Many of Steelcase’s products are certified under various programs such as Carbon Neutral®, SCS Indoor Advantage™, Blue Angel, NF Environment, and FEMB level®. Our Circular by Steelcase refurbished furniture offering enables us to provide products in excellent working condition, guaranteed for 2 years, contributing to the well-being of your employees and the planet.
